KENDALL WA
The West Side EP (2025)
“The West Side” My mentor and good friend was murdered this summer. He taught me to appreciate things while they’re here. I just went to his service and I dunno if I’ll ever really be at peace with what happened, but I’m trying to move forward. I just spent a week in the city and put this together while I was there. Every track is named after a hood on the west side of Chicago. It’s my love letter to the most overlooked part of the city. My love! All love! This is also my first release since I got in a car crash that limited alot of what I could do the past year. Shout out to everyone who listens to this, you da real mvp! Rest easy BC ✌🏽 credits released September 5, 2025 Written and produced by K.Washington. Mixed and mastered at 5236 W North Ave

It’s like a whole damn town here

Love n hate on that corner

Could call anywhere else home but don’t man
This is when slavery ended our hope man
The good the bad the mothers the fathers the dope man
